Alexys M. Mantione is a Partner of Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. Alexys concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), product liability, premises liability, personal and commercial automobile litigation, and property damage matters.
Bio
Alexys M. Mantione is a Partner at Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. She brings more than a decade of litigation experience representing clients in complex, high-exposure matters. Alexys concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), commercial auto and trucking matters, construction defect claims, Dram Shop claims, assault cases, and premises liability matters.
Alexys handles all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, depositions, expert retention and consultation, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She places particular emphasis on early and thorough investigation, recognizing that evidence developed at the outset of a claim can significantly affect its direction and ultimate resolution. Alexys has particular experience investigating claims involving suspected fraud and questionable circumstances, working with clients, investigators, and experts to identify and develop evidence critical to the defense. Alexys also has experience drafting and arguing appeals and has represented clients in both state and federal courts.
Alexys is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Defense Association of New York.
Alexys received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2014. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and participated in Touro’s Trial Advocacy and Practice Society and Mock Trial team. She has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year from 2020 through 2026.
Outside of her legal practice, Alexys is an avid golfer and was the 2024 Muttontown Ladies’ Club Champion and 2024 Bally’s at Ferry Point Ladies’ Club Champion.
