Long Island/New York City Office | Growing and Dynamic Litigation Firm

 
Our Long Island office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented first-, second-, or third-year attorney or graduate awaiting admission to join our expanding litigation team. As a growing and ambitious law firm, we offer early-career attorneys a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, gain meaningful hands-on experience, and play an active role in sophisticated litigation matters from day one.
Our practice focuses on trial and appellate work surrounding complex civil defense litigation and suspected fraud. We are committed to providing substantive legal experience in a collaborative environment.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other litigation documents
  • Assist attorneys with case analysis, discovery, and deposition preparation
  • Attend court appearances, depositions, mediation/settlement conferences, and client meetings
  • Observe litigation strategy development and case management
  • Work directly with attorneys on active and challenging matters
  • Gain hands-on experience in motion practice and trial work

Qualifications

  • First-, second-, or third-year attorney, or law school graduate awaiting admission to the bar
  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated interest in litigation and legal advocacy
