Thalia K. McBride is an associate at DLEI&D. Thalia concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including premises liability, construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), motor carrier litigation, and personal injury matters.
Thalia is involved in all phases of litigation, including expert retention and consultation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation. She has represented property owners, contractors, insurers, and corporate clients in matters before courts throughout New York.
Thalia received her B.S. in Business Management in 2016 and her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, in 2018, both from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She earned her J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2024, where she served as Public Relations Chair of the Fashion Law Society and Marketing Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Outside of her legal practice, Thalia enjoys reading and is rarely without a book or e-reader nearby.
